only accepting PAYPAL (USD) or STRIPE via invoice. All payment is paid upfrontInitial payments must be settled within 24 hours after the order form is accepted. Failure to compete will mean withdrawal and removal from the slot.REFUNDS | You are allowed to request for a refund and cancellation only if I fail to give you your commission under the given time. Strictly no refunds if it is still within the deadline or if you have received the illustration.MISC. | Please be responsible with your slot claims. I will give reminders 6 ~ 12 hours before payment is due. If you need an extension let me know.

PROCESS | comm requests are NOT a first come , first serve basis. approved commissions slots however will be worked on chronological order after payment is receivedTIMELINE | commissions will be worked on in batches.Turn around time: 4 – 8 weeks after rough draft is approved.
more complex and fully rendered pieces will take more time to complete.I’ll do my best to finish active slots (currently worked on) slots around that time period but in case I will take long or nearing the deadline, I’ll give a heads up. The trello board will always be up to date whenever progress is made.Please note that I may ask for more time due to these reasons:

  • health issues

  • school activities (e.g. exams)

  • personal events

WIPS and EDITS | wips are optional. You can request to receive wips for progress after the rough draftminor edits (e.g. color correction, missing details) can be requested after the commission is finishedmajor edits will be charged a corresponding feeEXTRA FEES |
complex designs will have a complexity charge based on the design.

Payment plans can be discussed for orders over $200 USD. I will ask for 25% (4 months) or 50% (2 months) non-refundable downpayment after agreement.Please know this can only qualify if I have worked with you before.
